Had this back in August 2022. Was a short walk from the Boardwalk. Reasonably priced and loved the pizza so much! We are from north ontario and it’s been 9 years since I had this last time and I have been craving it since. Donair was great also. We will definitely be back next time we make the 22 hour drive!

We were only in the area for one night staying at a spot some distance from the restaurant. These guys delivered it to us and threw in some extra donair sauce! I tried to tip but the driver wouldn’t take it saying not to worry. The pizza was phenomenal. These guys cut no corners using fresh ingredients. We ate a woks pizza. It was incredible!

Used to be the best pizza. The last 2 pizzas I had from here were horrible. All I tasted was grease and salt. I order pepperoni and bacon from other pizza places and it is great. But all the pizza here is too greasy now. Bigger place, horrible food? Hope they fix this, I have always been a fan of acropole. May have to change this.

I’ve lived in Nova Scotia ten years now and had never tried a donair. I do not have an adventurous palate. A friend arrived from the US and my hubs spent the day driving us around Pictou County trying different Maritime foods and sampling several beaches. I’m 62 and have never ever tasted anything as delicious as the Acropole Donair. I’ve been drooling for another for over a week now.....

We took out the meat pizza, it was great! We ordered on-site, and waited about 15 minutes. This is a popular place for good reason.

A good friend of mine, and a local Pictou boy to be noted said you will never have a pizza as good as a Pictou county pizza. Well he is so correct. What a flavour and that brown sauce!!! I’ll be back!

They delivered, hot and fresh within 40 minutes. Even though it was out of their way. Pizza was delicious, donair's were amazing!!! Highly recommended

Always a must stop when visiting Pictou. I love getting a slice and parking by the water and enjoying the sunset with my piece of pizza. My only wish would be that they were open a bit longer for a late night snack!
